GHS & NEYT Farm to Table Dinner Theater Performance

Join us for a new twist on our Farm to Table dinners! This special evening transforms the traditional Farm to Table experience into a medieval-inspired family-style feast and theatrical experience, featuring a multi-course menu prepared and served by our students and a live performance created by Gifft Hill School students in collaboration with New England Youth Theater.

Travel back in time for an evening of hearty, seasonal fare inspired by medieval feasts, featuring fresh produce grown in our on-campus gardens and thoughtfully sourced local ingredients. Our culinary students will prepare and serve the meal, while student performers bring the evening to life with a special production designed to make dinner feel like a feast fit for the whole court.

Enjoy a feast of playful, comfort-food favorites, from fried pickles, cheese curds, and pigs in a blanket to smoked turkey legs, shepherd’s pie, veggie pot pie, and hearty stew served in bread bowls. Sip on homemade root beer, apple cider, ale, and classic cocktails throughout the evening, then take home a sweet assortment of squash-apple tarts, caramel apples, and chocolate-covered strawberries for dessert.
